Join us for a relaxed Friday after-work wander up the historic Ladies' Track on Castle Hill. This is a simple social walk to stretch the legs, enjoy the late-afternoon light, and take in the views over Townsville before strolling back down the road to the cars.

We will meet at the Cutheringa Trailhead lower car park and take the Ladies' Track up. The climb is around 2 km and takes roughly 30 minutes, following restored stone stairs, timber steps, and a contoured path cut into the hillside beneath the lower cliffs. This track traces a historic WWII-era route once used to access the Pill Boxes.

The pace will be easy and social, with time to pause, catch your breath, and enjoy the views. After reaching the top, we will descend via the road for a straightforward return.

Bring:
- Water
- Comfortable walking shoes
- A head torch, as it may be getting dark on the way down

A short climb, good company, and sunset over Townsville - not a bad way to end the week.
