Location: Clubhouse - Blessed Mary Mackillop Parish meeting room, building behind the Church, 43 Ross River Road, Mundingburra
The Townsville Bushwalking Club's next meeting will be our Annual General Meeting, held on Monday 29 June 2026 at 6:00 pm at the clubhouse in Mundingburra.
At this meeting, we will review key Club matters, discuss the year ahead, and consider items that affect membership, walk participation, and committee roles.
Example agenda items:
* Membership fee structure, including the proposed $40 annual membership fee.
* Whether visitor fees should be deducted from the membership fee when a visitor later joins the Club.
* Temporary member arrangements, including whether this should apply over the past 12 months, after three walks, or whether additional walks should be allowed.
* Committee nominations and Club roles for the coming year.
If there is anything you would like addressed at the AGM, please let us know so it can be added to the agenda. Agenda items need to be submitted at least 14 days before the meeting.
Committee nominations will be advertised at least 7 days before the AGM.
