Short Description:
17 km return, approximately 5–6 hours including breaks. Out-and-back trail with multiple creek crossings and an optional swim at the falls.
Walk Description:
This trail traverses through Bowling Green Bay National Park, following the Alligator Creek trail to the falls. The distance is 17 km return and should take around 6 hours including breaks. There will be multiple creek crossings (expect one to be waist deep), so shoes and clothes will get wet.
For those keen to brave the cold water, there will be an opportunity for a swim at the base of the falls.
